idea #1 interview 7 ethnic minorities with parameters. i.e.-same set of questions, lived in US less than 3 years,language barriers,etc.chinese, porto rican latin american, vietnamese,russian immigrants and delve into their assimilation into american life and command of English

idea 2 do a piece on odd types of transportation-biplane, racecar,horse and buggy, white water canoe,iron man participant,hot air balloon etc with interviews into personalities that utilize these modes of transportation.these are thoughts off the top of my head and I will elaborate on these and other themes over the next day or so.
